| Yepp,you could run 2 NIC's on one Computer and then enable "Internet connection sharing" on the second NIC to the second Computer,who then gets an IP-Address from the first one.However,the easiest way to do it,to get a Router,who picks up the puplic IP and then throws private IP's to up to 199 Computers on your private Network.The Unit i picked was the D-Link 707.It works as an DHCP-Server,NAT and even clones Mac-Addresses.very cool.It only costs me $145 and about 1 hour to set up!
Another great Feature is the Firewall,it supplies.No,i don't work at D-Link.
