Hello. Can someone please tell me the exact software and hardware you need for the entire MCSE?

I know you need 2000 professional and server, but is there anything else you need? Maybe more than 1 computer or some other hardware or software? Thanx.

I think you have the right idea for software. All you really need is Windows 2000 Server and Professional. Unless of course there is anything else you want to use by choice.

As for hardware. I think you would need a minimum of two pc's. one to run server and one to run professional - if you want a client/server enviroment. or run professional on both pc's to create a peer-to-peer network. You can either use a crossover cable to connect to two or use a hub. I chose to use a hub so i would be able expand eventually.

You might want to add a third pc into the mix to practice RIS, but that's up to you.
