I agree but, I am just informing people of their rights to collect more of there paycheck for those who are having a hard time paying for materials to become certified therefore indirectly supporting this forum and it's members goals.
This was in no way politically motivated or opinnionated, there is actual laws proving my point which I could go over with you but, that would violate my agreement that this was not a political forum.
Sorry if I offended anybody, I am just in support of this site and all of it's members because, it has done alot form me in my certification goals.
IM me for any additional info.

I said the exact same thing myself about 6 months ago when I was laid off from work so finding myself with alot of time on my hands I started reading pages and pages and hours and hours of the federal codes on taxation and labor also, signed up on this website: http://www.taxgate.com/ and read some more and checked on the codes that back it up so I started using all these forms and running into some deadends on the learning curve. Last week the checks started coming in and with disbeleif I wated a couple days to see if the feds were going to show up the next day but, they didn't and still have not so I had to share the good news. I do believe that SOME TAXES ARE A NECESSITY and I am all for it but, when somebody asks me to PAY MONEY I AM NOT LIABLE FOR (the IRS) I will be one of the first ones to stand up for my RIGHTS ACCORDING TO LAW.
Way back in the days of Cristopher Columbus everybody believed that the world was flat and did not know any different because, they were always told that, then He sailed out exploring and proved them wrong. Which goes to show you don't knock it until you have tried it.
If living free in a supposebly free world means making a fool out of yourself sometimes and taking some unknown risks as are founding fathers did, then so be it.

| On a personal note, I would agree that income taxiation is a ridiculous method of revenue generation for the government. How someone decided that the Government is entitled to a portion of the money I earn, is completely beyond me. I can understand property taxiation, but income taxation is just absurd.
In fact, the first attempt at institution an income tax was overturned by the Supreme Court as being Unconstitutional.
However, we must live in the real world. Those that make the laws, and enforce the laws are in power. Unless you intend to resist by force, they CAN and WILL make you comply.
I am very familiar with those that claim individuals are not subject to taxes, only corporations are. I am also familiar with those that refuse to recognize the IRS, or those that claim the IRS is an illegal corporation.
Refusing to recognize the fact that the IRS has the ability (I did not say the authority, only ability) to tax you, or punish you for failing to pay the taxes approved by congress and signed by the president, is similar to standing at the base of a mountain during a rockslide. You can claim that the big boulder heading your way is not there, or doesn't have control over your destiny, but when it hits you, I'm sure you will agree that it had the power at least.
Those that try to avoid paying taxes by claiming that the IRS is an illegal enterprise, or that individuals are not required to pay taxes, have often ended up in jail.
Whether it's right or wrong, it's the way it is.

| There are those who just watch the boulder come at them every April 15th and those who flea and escape the boulder all together, then there is people like me who come with the right tools to bust through the boulder as it comes down the mountain and cut a safe passage in the mountain for his family and others to follow. For me I have found something that has worked for me and it does not work for you. We can only help those who want to be helped, I just can't watch life go by which I have done for too long.
This is the last post for me on this thread so we can get back to what this forum was intended for and the moderator is probably pretty pissed by now so if anybody has any more questions or comments, Please instant message me at this site or send me email. I will be happy to provide you with any laws to back up my claims.
Good luck to everybody in there persuit of the MCSE as I move onto 70-215. |
