Author MCSE - 70-210 Question...

Can someone please help me answer some questions.
I previously asked about which books would be good for the 70-210 exam and I've heard that Sybex isn't good, which I unfortunately have at the moment.

Anyhow. I tried studying the first few chapters, but was getting overloaded w/ information that was contained in the book. Needless to say, I started freaking out.

Well, I see posts saying that Microsoft Press has good books on W2K Pro, etc.

Anybody have any suggestions for someone who is trying to find the right material?

May I suggest Exam Cram by Coriopolis Publishing? It is small short and sweet, a good warm up for digging into studying to use other resources and better understand them.

Good Luck

I found the combination of Exam Cram and Exam Prep to be very good. I also bought the Sybex book and used it I just went back and checked with the other sources to verify. Do pick up Troytec and if you can swing it Transcenders. (they are expensive) Sybex is light on a lot of stuff that you will see on the exam. (command console for example)The microsoft books are verrry dry but its all there. Regardless of which ones you go with check out the errata for them (they all have errors even Microsoft)
Best of luck

Eventhough a lot of people dont like Sybex..if your finding yourself overloaded with that book you may want to read through it anyway. Why? Becouse in comparison to most of the others its very light.

Would you prefer this to the Microsoft Exam Readiness Review?
