Passed at last. Been surfing this board for a while and picked up some good stuff, advice, answers. Thanks all.
Also, Freak advised Exam Drill which I hunted down from www.alphaexams.com. It's good.
My advice: Know your stuff and listen to the voice of experience.

Congragulations!

Can you recommend study material? How accurate is the stuff from alphaexams.com? Are the questions similar to those on the exam, like dumps?

OK here is my two cents. I don't know if the questions are the real ones from the exam because I haven't taken the exam yet. But I just passed A+ and Exam Drill is absolutely not a brain dump. It had lots of questions (about 600 for A+) sometimes with subtle differences and if you didn't get them right it gave great explanations right away.

It seems to be highly recommended on all the forums so I don't think I am the only fan.

I would say Exam Drill was better than dumps because dumps are vague because people dump from memory which is not always accurate. Look at dumps, sure, but every little extra helps.

Exam Drill is better than dumps from my experience of it. Dumps can be inaccurate and mileading. It's the way Exam Drill helps you remember stuff that is cool.

Good work!

mmm..just wondering not that it matters what was your score?

Is the passing score at a low 520/1000 with 50 or 60 Questions?

by the way braindumps are not the way the go!

reason being:

"Microsoft has re designed the test format for the Windows 2000 exams to discourage memorization of answers, use of "Braindumps", and to make the exams a little more relevant to real world environments. Expect of lots of troubleshooting questions, complex scenarios, and interactive questions that require you to perform a specific task on a simulated control panel."

Whats the point of passing if you dont know the material?

Know it back to front inside out

Thanks for all your comments guys. I must admit that I did look at dumps for this exam. I think you have to look at everything that is available, but some people only use dumps and memorise questions, which is really bad.
