And so far I've found it to be good!
I'm currently taking Win2k MCSE. Our insructor suggested that we do not take the Win2k Pro exam until we've finished server, don't take server until we finish network infrastructure etc...
His reasoning is, that we need to clearly understand the concepts. If we understand the concepts, it doesn't matter what questions we get on the exam we can figure out the answer.
So far, on the practice exams (I have trancender and use Cert 21 both) I've found the stuff I studied in server to be really helpful in nailing down points in Pro.

Yep, it's pretty much trashed my summer (great way to spend a beautiful Saturday - 350 pages & exercises!) but I'm learning.
test on Tuesday
I'll let you know.

Hi I took Pro and Then Server as a lot of what you do in Pro is in the Server Exam. So it is best to keep it fresh in your head. I am now onto the 70-216 exam which is meant to be quite hard.

Thanks for the note,
I've heard that the 3rd exam is a beastie, bought the Lab Sim from Exam Cram to simulate the enterprise at home on my HUGE network of one win2000 server and one 2k workstation.
Have you tried the Lab Sims?
Anybody tried 'em?
