Please, what you have to say of this book,

I'm using it, I like it easy reading to me. Some may say different. I'm also using Exam Cram Win2k Pro. and Alan Carter's Win2k MCSE Study System.

So all in all The Microsoft book is good to use.
Hope this helps.

I agree with kjones. Not to mention that his collection of books reflect a great overall choice of material that I would recommend.

I'm currently using this one too in class
Most of us hate it. It is indeed thorough, but does not have any test questions, no exam tips, no real world advice on using the information just the facts and only the facts.
About as much fun to read as watching paint dry.
My advice is if you have a good big book store nearby, go there and look at this Microsoft book, the Exam Prep, and the books by McGraw Hill (Syngress). Read the same chapter subject in each one, and choose the one that fits you.
After you select the book you like, go to www.bookpool.com and order there. All they have is tech books, and all of them are at least 45% off.
It's a great deal.

I used Exam Prep for A+ and Net+, and am ordering the Syngress core four to finish school - in spite of the fact that the Microsoft books come with the class.
If you're serious about learning this OS, I'd also suggest going to www.pricewatch.com and order win2kpro and load it on your machine and USE IT--- a lot!
wish ya well!
