| Hi Clintsjones,
I'm assuming you are getting an "401.3 Unauthorized due to ACL on resource" error.
If you are, this usually occurs when permissions for the file that the user is trying to access are denied to that user.
You may want to check out Technet Knowledgebase article Q187506 - "List of NTFS Permissions Required for IIS Site to Work"
This may help get you on your way.
