..is the % needed to pass this exam 62. If so that doesn't seem very high..or are the questions that much harder than N+?

You do need a 620 out of a possible 1000 but, the Net+ exam doesn't even compare to this exam. Net+ is all general knowledge and some very, very BASIC troubleshooting skills. Microsoft exams are much more difficult than the COMPTIA's A+, Net+, and i-Net+ exams. If there is anything to compare the Net+ to, it was the old Networking Essentials exam by Microsoft which is now retired. Microsoft has rolled much of that exam into all of its core exams now. Also, there's many different types of question formats you can get in a Microsoft exam and because the exam is vendor specific, you need to know and understand Microsofts terminology, which as we all know is somewhat different. Example, If a print device to Microsoft is the actual printer, then whats a printer? So there is major differences. Overall, like I said, it's a much more difficult exam.

don't let the 62% fool you... the w2k exams are certainly not as easy as N+!
Heck, the N+ exam took me less than 10mn to finish with a 96%
