As far as I know, there is no trial of W2k Pro but there is a 120 Day Evaluation of W2k Server. You can get a copy by purchasing the MOC for Server. I think you can also buy it from Microsoft for $10-20. However it will crash after 120 days. One way to circumvent this is to install on a clean system and ghost it. Then just restore your image in 4 months if you need some more time.

Try all 1's. That usually works for the trial versions of their software. If that doesn't work... look around for a serial. There are places to find them. It will activate with a 'live' serial# but it will always die @120 days regardless.

This will work for both Server and Pro Eval versions, I use it every week in a classroom envioronment, it is the official M$ number NOT A CRACK.

I have used the Trial edition and i decided to try applying service pack one using the slipstream methood = burning it to a bootable disk to save time in the future. The service pack was applied with out a hitch and the CD was bootable. I also found another nice surpise but i dont want to get into trouble sharing info like that so , im sure you can figure it out .
