| hi, Jon here;
i have few question need you to help.
1. You install the external SCSI tape drive. the drivers install OK and the system starts up normally. when you reboot the PC later in the afternoon, you get a blue screen. what should you do?
A. Go into the device manager to remove the SCSI device.
B. select recovery console and disable the driver with DISABLE command.
C. select safe mode and remove the driver.
2. The PC picks up the installed screen card as VGA 16 colours. you can not change any of the colour or resolution setting and the manufacturer, version, make etc of the card is not shown. What can you do?
A. Install the manufacturer driver for the monitor.
B. install a WDM compliant driver for the screen card and monitor.
C. change the display card
3. Drive C: is nearly to full, and drive D: still available. you want your printer to access drive D: for the spool directory.
A. Go into printer server properties, advanced tab and change the location.
B. Go into printer properties, advanced tab.
C. Change C:\winnt\system32\spool to another path on D:
4. You create an accessibility option for a user on one PC and save it as .acw file. you want another user on another PC to use this same file. you save the file to a folder on the first PC and share the folder. when you try to use the file from 2nd PC you get the error.- "cannot read from the .acw file"
A. Give the user on the 2nd PC read access to the shared folder on the 1 PC.
B. Copy the .acw file to C:\document and settings\default user.
C. Copy the file to a SDD and then
use it on the 2PC.
5. you are using laptop with windows2000 Pro. while underway,with a smart card installed to dial in to your rasserver, you want to connect to your RAS server.
A: EAP
B: PAP
C; spap
D: MSCHAP
e: MSCHAP V2
F: for MS based CHAP Protocols
G: after login automatic
6. you want to implemented IP address to computername resolving. how do you configure the this NETBIOS environment.
A: install the DHCP server.
B: Install a DNS server.
C: Install the WIN server.
D Install an LMHOST converted
