Best MCSE Training Material?
|

| I need some feedback, what is the best training material "overall" fore the MCSE Certification?
I have been considering the Microsoft series, Sybex, Syngress, Exam Cram, Transender, & Learnkey.
Any feedback would be helpful.

| I always recommend MS Press and Exam Cram with Troytec at the end... | |
|
| I found the cbt's to be most useful. The moc missed out on a couple subjects. I really thought the transenders were far better then the troytec, and exam essentials were okay. | |

| I thought exam cram was very easy to read and to study with, but i did find a few grammer errors and a few technical errors, but i dont think its there fault, like it says minimun requirements is 32mb ram, but its 64mb now, and it doesnt go very indepth about zap, msi. but its kinda hard to write a tech books, you really have to get 2 computers, a small lan, and tear em down, build em back and do it again. then you will start to get a feel for it, but dont listen to me, i dont even have my mcp yet! i just listen to everything Freak says, like its honey from the lips of the gods!

| Although I haven't taken the 210 yet I think the Microsoft MCSE core four Training kit is right on target.
It is still on sale at fatbrain.com for $100 reg price I think is $150. | |

| If you do transcender and exam essentials, you will be rocking. | |
|
| Whatever you do don't just use one thing as your study source.
Make sure when you buy books now look at the edition because most of the 1st editions were made before Microsoft put out the full version of the OS and now the 2 and 3rd editions are even better written now that they have made the changes. -Always a better read than Microsofts MOC (White Papers ZZZZZZZZZ ). |
