Got a question. If you don't take out the Everyone Group in your Drive Letter Security. It is pretty much useless Creating files and folders because the premissions are cumulitive so Everyone will have the same premissions. unless Marked as Denyed, No Access.

You clear the check box for "Allow properties to apply to child objects", or however it is worded. This will prevent any new objects created from inheriting parent properties. MS Best practice is to delete the everyone group and assign appropriate permissions. The only time the "Everyone" group is used is in mixed mode. In native mode, I beleive the default group is "authenticated users".
