| I have a question about a topic I read about in Certification Mag. I seen something about Exam Sim. Has anyone used it before it says that it gives you hands on experience. I am thinking about buying it because, I don not want to spend a lot of money taking a class or buying some computer to make me a windows 2000 lab. For the price of $159.00 per exam it's not too bad.
Tell me what you think. www.testout.com | |

| You might reconsider that test lab. The best way to learn is to get stuck in and screw stuff up then figure out how to fix it.... | |

| Well said Supergeekster I agree 10000000% Hands-on beats Sim experience

| I guess there is no easy way around it then. I would hate to spend this money on this training and not use it in the new future, even with certification. | |

| The best thing for you to do is build your own computer. It shouldn't cost you over $500. I've seen people with MCSE certs and do not know how to replace a network card. I've also seen people with certifications land nice jobs, but was let go after 3 months because they didn't know what they were doing. This is a sad thing. Hands on is the only way to go if you want to actually know what your doing. It'll help you not only land a nice job, but keep the nice job. This is just my 2 cents worth.

| Gasp! I wouldn't consider a computer to be junk! No, I haven't tried that software. I definitely have enough of THAT junk around the house... |
