Author Win2K Simulators - opinions?

I'm thinking of starting preparations for my MCP in Win2K pro, and I don't have any access to a machine running windows 2000. I notices that Sybex includes a simulator (WinSim), as does Coriolis (Exam Prep and Cram books), with their book. Has anyone used these? Are they any help? I assume they're not as helpful as the real thing, but I'm wondering if they're a viable substitute to learn necessary skills until I can get access to a Win2K machine somehow.

Thanks,
John
