i keep getting contradicting answers..
naturally id go with refresh rate..and change it if my screen is flickering..

| The refresh rate is the correct answer.The question is not worded exactly right. On the test it will say that the monitor just stopped responding. 640*480*60 these are your standard settings.The monitor blanks out because it is not able to support a refresh frequency that high. Come on Gareth surely with all those certs you would know this | |
