Time to take the test?

| I am taking Win2K pro at my local Jr college and approaching the end of the semester. I have a 98 average in class which is an accomplishment with this instructor. (Half of the class is near failing or struggling big time). I test myself regularly to see where I am and I would have thought that I would be making better grades on the Transcender tests etc... I must have gaping holes in my understanding of stuff. We have not done the protocols yet and will be tested Monday on RAID and such. I am so nervous. I want to have this thing out of the way before Christmas. My instructor says I will have no problem being done by then. But I see a lot of questions on Transcenders that has to do with Server and that will be next semester. I have a home lab and a study group. I am just freaking out I suppose.

| Be patient with yourself...your instructor has confidence in you, right?
You'll be ready sooner than you think if you've been studying--a 98th percentile in class indicates that you have.
Just take a deep breath and press on; you'll be fine when the time comes!! | |

I completely agree with vbrown.
There is an overlapping of material between the 210 and 215 exams as there was with the NT4 Server and Workstation exams. Be patient. By the time you are ready, you will have a solid foundation to tackle both the 210 and 215 exams without a problem.
My advice, along with your class study, begin researching out the questions you are missing on the Transcenders exams. Together, your class study along with your own research will get you prepared sooner than you think.

| Thanks to those who replied. I suppose I am just impatient. I expect to be closer to ready than I am. I took a test in class yesterday and aced it with a 101 then I was on a high. Came home and took a Transcender test and realized I know near nothing and only about 4 weeks left in class. VERY scarry. I am HOPING that it is just the pieces haven't fell together just yet. I guess I should go back to studying. hehehe
