Author Trouble with new user accounts...

I have a problem on my professional computer. After the install I used it for a while with the administrator account. Then I started to make some new user accounts. I can log on as a new user, but when I try to right click - that could be anywhere - the system black out, goes down (like when I'm logging off), and starts again.

Is there anyone who have a tip for what I can do to repair this? When I'm on with the administrator account everything is OK.

Are you using a Serial Mouse Or a "Legacy" PS2 Mouse Port?? Might be some problems with COM ports if it's a serial mouse (windows 2000 Read Me says that there is a known issue with COM ports). Or, there could be some OEM software issues with the mouse (e.g., the mouse came with software installation program for Windows 9.x and so forth). If the OEM mouse software uses ANYTHING in the sub-sytem (like registry keys and such), "regular" users can't utilize it without you using SECEDIT.exe and updating the default security account to compatws.inf...anyway, this may be too much information for the time being. Need to know if it's a serial mouse or not......hope I haven't confused you...LOL!!!!

Hi!
I have spoken with some more people who have had this problem. And I don't think that the mouse is the problem. I tried to switch between wireless and ordinery mouse, but the problem still didn't go away.

No idea how to solve this one!

Might be internal error, try to repair / reinstall again.
