Author traiing kit or training guide

I'm finally getting started on the w2k track. Is it the training kit or training guide to go along with the resource kit for 210,215,216 and 217 that you guys recommend? I liked the exam cram for nt4, are they recommended for all four of these also, or just best for pro and server?
