Hi Guys,
I'm going to start studying for 70-210 I'm using the Microsoft press book (kind of sucks) but I do a lot of hands on.
I was thinking of buying the measure up simulator to get the feel..anybody have any suggestions?
Thanks

I have measure up for 70 215 and it sucks. I would recommend the transcenders which I had for 210.
Also the exam cram was a fasr and easy read..

My school registered me for the measure up online 70-215 exam prep testing. Its just killing my confidence overall. Transcenders is a better product huh Freak?

Thus far, my main combination of study materials has been Exam Cram and Transcenders. For Windows 2000 Pro, i read the Sybex book (790?? pages) and it wasnt half as informative as Exam Cram and the testing software was a joke. Transcenders will simulate the change in the MS test for the 2000 track. Trust me, you have to get used to reading the long questions and scenarios. I know that the Transcender s/w is expensive. However, it's a good investment if you'll looking to take the long green mile to MCSE 2000. If you're in the field--w/o question--have your employer pick up the tab.

Yeah, I thought that the Measure Up software really was not adequate.
I don't always like Transcenders -- their elective NT 4.0 series were horrendous -- but here in Win2K, what I have seen I have liked... just my 2 cents though

I used the Transcender tests in custom mode where I could concentrate on the area I was currently studying. The explanations are pretty good, too. I just hate spending more hours going through practice tests than I will going through the real exam.

my 2 pennies

Thanks for the feedback guys ... I think i'll hit chapters today and check out that exam cram book for starters. If memory recalls those are the red/black series of books right. I've never taken a MS exam so i'll have to find a way to get into MS exam mode. It would seem by the show of hands Transcenders is something to check out. Maybe if I hit the mall today and ask Santa for it, he'll have it here in time for Monday.

I know what you mean! But I hate even more to have to take that real test twice
