Author Questions concerning the CCDA

Dear all,
I have a couple of questions concerning the CCDA:
- do I need to know all Cisco's hardware (such as the type of routers and their interfaces)?
- do I need to study Appletalk, IBM SNA and IPX?
- Is there somewhere a list of the NMS tools that I am supposed to learn for the exam?

Thank you in advance for your help,
Johnny

Thank you for the link,
it is helpfull, however it is still not clear to me whether I need to know the number of interfaces per Catalyst switch or the SNA architecture for example.
Thanks again in advance for a future answer,
Johnny
