Need help from CCDA or CCDP

I am finishing CCNA4, and I have assignment to design the network.
As I understood CCDA nad CCDP are for that!
On CCNA we only get the hints of designing... Or maybe I missed something.
Anyway I can't pass without it, so I need some general help.
