| Hi everyone!
I have this project and wanted your input to know that I am
going in the right direction with networking.
I am trying to adhere to the 80/20 rule theory
Here is the brief information on the company
This is a network diagram projection in 5 years of a company
called Symns HealthCare Corporation. They have three one-story
proprieties in Jupiter, Tamrac and Coral Springs.
The Jupiter location is the headquarters and is 60 miles from
the nearest property with 50 employees
The Tamrac and Coral Springs location is within 5 miles of each
other and both have 50 employees each.
Here is the bandwidth range:
The network capacity is Voice over IP with 1.5 mbps bandwidth
allocation. Network usuage is low. Dont want to exceed $45K.
Requires IIS server for web-based database software.
Requirements:
The requirements - fast, reliable access to files, internet.
Future needs of video conferencing capability
OS- Windows 2003
Headquarters-
4 servers-
One- DC, DNS, DHCP
2- backup server of DC, DNS,DHCP
3, File server & print server
4. IIS server
5- router, switch
Tamrac location
1- secondary backup DC,DNS,DHCP
2. File server & print server
3. IIS server
4. router, switch
Coral Springs location
1. everything should point to Tamarac location
