| Congrats, Melvin! Get that DESGN passed before August, or you'll lose the CCDP exams - you're not technically a CCDP until you pass the CCDA (hate to burst your bubble). Look closely at the certmanager, because CCDA is one of the requirements for the CCDP Cert!

| would you lose your CCDP exam? Although itself is being retired it doesn't mean that it can't be used to apply towards a certification right? I always thought the wording was that, you can't TAKE a retired exam to satisfy a requirement, but you can use an retired exam, IF you ALREADY have it. Please correct me if I'm wrong. I just passed my 604-025, but due to other exams in the pipes, I probably won't get to DESGN until Sep or so. | |

| I'm a bit confused---I thought that the pre-requisite for CCDP was CCDA.....which I thought meant you cannot take the CCDP first---and have it count. | |

| You can take the CCDP first, but you are not a CCDP till you take the CCDA, which I have ... |
