| The test was somewhat difficult.
72 questions
4 case studies scattered at random throughout the test, the same case study was referenced several times during the exam.
Know OSI,
know 3 layer Hierarchical model
know difference between BRI PRI
know PPP frame fields
know all your networking basics.
there were 4 or 5 fill in the blank questions
I know I missed one of the fill ins
Read case studies thoroughly
