Which way to go? CCDA or CCNP

| Hi;
I'm going to be writing my CCNA on Monday and plan to go for both the CCNP and CCDA certs.
I'm looking for some feed back on which I should way is the best. Should I go for the CCNP first and then the CCDA, or CCDA first, then CCNP?
I realize the the final choice is obviously mine, but I'm trying to find out which makes the most sense both in terms of progression, and ease of studying.
Any comments would be appreciated.

| i prefer to say go for ccnp first and then ccda it will help a lot as lot of initialz of ccda will cleared to you after doing ccnp,and it will take much less time to prepare after doing ccnp and if you styart ccda before ccnp i think it will burn you out | |

| depends on the individual but most aggree
that the easiest path is
na - np - da - dp
this is what i did and it worked

| Also, depend on your career field....
If u need design experience, CCDA can be first before CCNP. But I agreed with CCNP first than CCDA.. | |

| I was also going thru this dillema and I decided to go for CCNP well atleast routing and switching before my CCDA attempt...
