| Howdy Folks.... I just wanted to say Thanks for the posts here. I have been lurking lately but wanted to let you know I passed CCDA today. I used as always "several" different resources but ccxxproductions is the one I need to give the most credit to. I cannot stress enough how important it is to have these practice exams especially for the price. I used CCXX, Boson, cheat-sheets.com, cramsession and the freebis out there to get a well rounded practice arena. I aquired CCNP in January and have been busy with a multi site ATM Marconi rollout, which was great but had to get back to the studies. The only trick I have to offer is my method which has always worked for me....
1. Take about a month for any exam. It gives great soak-brain time.
2. Pool your favorite questions together and go over them at least 20 times. Yep 20! It has always worked for me.
3. 3 days before test time: Go over all resources of practice for the exam (even the freebies) at least 3 or maybe 4 times daily. This meant about about 600 queastions for me.
4. Let me assure you that this exam is no walk in the park! Without breaking the NDA, I can tell you to be aware of the case studies, and take advantage of the "easy" ones. This means know all of your basics "the gimme" questions. By getting the easy ones right because you repetitavely studied so hard so many times in a row (hint), you will improve your chances by getting those absolutely right without much time or thought. There is lots of time but use it. I did and was happy I did so.

| I am getting ready to take my CCDA here soon, how close are the Boson test to the real test? I ask because I took my first practice test yesterday and scored an 85, but I don't know how close they are. | |

| They are close in general and good for practice, especially the case studies. The closest as far as the question types are the 500 pool ccxx productions questions. These are are little more accurate. I say use both.
