| I've completed the CCDA requirement and now I'm off to the CID to complete my CCDP. My past preparation goes as follows: I study the respective white papers and the Cisco Press (usually) and then I wrap it all up with a couple practice exams. Can anybody out there give me some advice as to which Boson exam in this series is the best (or you have used, for that matter)? I sure appreciate any input!
thx | |

| I surely have an advice for you, I passed CID today. Boson Test1 is very, very useful.
Boson 2 and 3 are good, too, but I'd say work on Boson 1 until you get consistently 100%.
Good luck | |

| pwsmcm, congrats man!
I am following right in your shadow LOL!
CCDA this comming Monday, and CID as soon as possible after that!
Transylvanian, thanx for the insight there. Which version of Boson are you refering to, when you say their CID Test #1 is very very helpfull?
Unfortunately, some of their writers are very .... sub-par I will say, and some others are simply brilliant!
TIA and good luck people

| Thank you very much! I find this board to be a nice reassurance that I am not alone in this quest. Thanks. I will use your advice and, to help me stay motivated, I'm going to schedule my exam for the middle of June. That way I won’t get lazy! Good luck to all of you and I will try to give back when I can. Have a good one. | |

| Congrats y'all. pwsmcm, good luck on the CID. Trans, what are you gonna do now? Are you going to wait some, or go straight for your CCIE?

I might go straight (I mean, in minimum two-three months) for the CCIE writen, now that the material is fresh in my mind...
Even if I never make it as full CCIE, the knowledge I'll get by forcing myself to study those books will do me really good at work....
SiDeComm,
I mean version 3.67 of test CID 3.0.
I, too, thought there were some idiot writers @ Boson...but guess what?? they give you a taste of the CID test itself...

| BD, thanx man, what ever Voo-Doo you did worked....LOL....
No, no, its was an easy enough exam, not to need any luck.

| Hi Guys,
I am new to this forum. Just 4 days ago passed CCNA (956/1000) and now I am finding a family discussing CCDA here. Most of my doubts vanished after reading couple of postings by Transylvanian and the rest.
I am assuring myself I am at the bast place.
Lets Grow - with helping each other.
Take care.
