| All.
I took the DCN today, I didnt pass I got a 737 but I thought I could provide some helpful hints. The exam was not what I expected, here are some hints...
1) Be mentally fresh, this exam is exhausting. Be prepared to spend 2hours in thought. DOnt study much on the day of testing. Get a good nights sleep and all that good stuff. I think this extremely important. I ran out of steam for sure, I found myself rushing to get to it over with. Its not a good idea to be rushing this kind of exam. My bad...`
2) As "Dark" mentioned be prepared to answer a lot of case study ?'s. I reckon I had 25 ?'s from 3 case studies. I wasnt expecting this much at all. These bad boys can wear you down. One after the other becomes taxin' real quick. Also, each case study allows you to reference the 'exhibit'. theres no need to write everything down
3) The content wasnt too bad, rather straight forward overall. The case studies require you filter through bunch of info. Know how to do those topology maps. If you using Cisco Press books you should be aight.
4) Did I mention be well rested for the exam?
Anyway, Im going to take it again here in a week or so. Ill be rested this time and Im confident Ill pass.
Peace out

| sean34,
Don't feel bad about it...is not a trivial exam.
I see you plan to take CCNP too.
On a positive note, no CCNP exam is close to being as demanding and tiresome as CCDA.
