Does anybody here knows if the Todd Lammle Book for CCDA is a good one for preparing for the exam.
Other Suggestions ?

I don't know about that book, but I bought the CCDA study kit from Cisco Press. If his CCDA book is anything like his CCNA book it will be kind of on the "light" side. (I have both CCNA books) Personally, as someone who has been in the field a LONG time, I prefer to get as much information as I can and I really like the Cisco Press books. Plus I figure that since they write the test, and they write the course book, the probablity of the course book having the needed material is pretty good.

As Tom F. expected, the Sybex CCDA book by Todd Lammle is a bit light. That means: 1) it's a good start, and 2) it's not enough. I also purchased three Cisco Press books to fill out Lammle's thin spots:

CCDA Exam Certification Guide (with sample Q's on CD)
Designing Cisco Networks
Internetworking Technologies Handbook

In general, I like to have one light-reading book and one heavy reference manual. Lammle's book is the former. Note, however, that his book comes with sample tests, so that's a plus.

Note also that the Cisco's CCDA Exam Cert Guide is also light - it doesn't even cover all the topics on it's own sample Q's.
