I am ccnp and if i want to go for CCDP,HOW many exam I have to take.Please help.THANK

Since you have already completed the bulk of your exams, all that is remaining is one last exam for your CCDP.

640-025 Design
Cisco Internetwork Design (CID)

This is a very deep level exam and it will tax your mind.

Get the cisco press book for this exam and cram and rock n roll.

I'm pretty sure that you will also need to do the CCDA first if you haven't already. Have a look at Cisco web site.
