Just wondering if anyone had any clue on the CCDP 640-025 exam about how much SNA is on there?

rookieblack,

I took my dp couple weeks back and all i keep hearing prior to the exam was how MUCH sna was on it...well, guess what? I didn't get much of it. I mean defiantly know it but dont overlook the details of other technologies. Overall, the dp is/was a fair test with an even distribution of test topics

peace

Sean
Thanks for the tip. I was expecting to hear a boatload, considering that the CID book from Cisco has 3 chapters on SNA. It terrified me seeing that, since the Sybex Cisco book had very little if any at all.
Thanks again. I take the DP on the 11th.

Hi Rookieblack,

How coincidental. Mine's scheduled on the 11th too. When you mentioned that there's 3 chapters on SNA, are you referring to the Cisco press CID certification guide??

I'm using the Cisco press CID which had only one chapter on it.

Basically, I supplement it with materials I obtained from Cisco websites. Just do some searching on topics such as stratacom switches : BPX/Axis, IGX and IPX, Appletalk and SNA...

Hopefully they're sufficient.

Goodluck on our exams ;-)

I was referring to the CID exam certification guide. Its not the course book for CID, but it is a Cisco Press book. I read the Sybex book as well, but there wasnt much of anything on SNA. I have the Boson exams and I will be supplementing my studies with these tests.
Good luck to you too...
