Scoring on the CCDA exam

| i'm planning on taking my CCDA in the coming week - this is my FIRST cisco certification and needless to say im nervous.
got a few questions related to scoring.... first, in the (dreaded) more-than-one-option-is-correct questions, do you get partial points for half-complete answers? is there negative marking for incorrect (or incomplete) answers?
my biggest struggle is figuring out just HOW many of the options in such questions are correct - sometimes the number is explicitly stated (e.g. which of the two blah blah..) and sometimes not!!!!
thanks in advance for any tips/advice! | |

| Bad news - nobody knows how theyre scored, but they start at 300 and go upto 1000 - why???
Good news - Cisco always state how many answers they require (at least in my past exams), i.e select 2, unlike MS who leave you guessing.
This is a difficult exam, especially for the first one - know your case studies is my top tip, have a look through past tips for more info.
Good luck. | |
