Hi,

I passed the CCNA and i was wondering if the CCDA was close to being the same.

I will suggest you to go for CCNP first or atleast for BSCN .

nice work on the ccna!

The ccda is indeed different from the ccna. Ccda is more along the lines of impletmenting knowledge learned in the ccna. Tailoring tech. to meet customers requirements. Lots of case studies...I took the ccda after the ccna and found it to be a decent follow-up to the ccna. Obivously, if you have your NP it will be easier but it not necessary IMHO.

I believe CCDA have many case study will implement the idea of design. Unless you have experience and related job functions. Otherwise, it will very difficult...

Go with CCNP first.
