Passed CCDA today, but.......

| I passed CCDA today, but........
it was hell of an experience!!!!
I named this particular test centre a torture chamber!!! This is what happened.
Most test centres I went to have isolated rooms with a PC or two. But, today, I was being ushered into to a room of 20 people surfing the web and typing Emails/IRC while I was taking my CCDA. The tapping of keyboards, laughing, talking and mobile phones ringing were driving me crazy!!! To make matters worse, some guy was carrying a kid who was crying and making a lot of noise at the same time. That was the killer. I didn't bother to complain to the administrative staff there because he was talking on his mobile while I was taking the test too.
Fortunately, I passed with a score of 854. Anyway, I'll still be writing an Email to Prometric regarding this. | |

| hay pal nice to hear that you got your ccda certification . Well i think so this is not a big deal which you make in the examination hall . I will pray to God that same thing should happen to me in the examination hall but in return i need alllllllllll cisco certifications :P

| WOOHOO! Passed my CCDA exam today. Not too bad. I was a little worried reading all the posts on how hard it was. I already have my CCNP and I think I may have taken it too lightly. I got a 854 or something. Not too bad tho. Im on to my CCDP and then Im done for a while...may look into Security next... | |

| Well done,do you mind to tell me which test centre is that.
DCN is not a easy exam,my score was just pass when i took the exam 2 years ago.CID is not too bad if you have pass your CCNP.
All the best to rest of the exam.

| The test center i took it at was a great place in Charlotte, NC, USA... Not clacking of email-typing people. The only frustration was that I scheduled my exam for 9 am and they dont allow me to start taking the test early. Next time i will schedule an exam for the 915 time slot instead, so I can just go in and start taking the test. Its usually a busy test center, but that morning, I didnt have anyone taking a test with me... It was perfect... | |

i got high 700's on this in total silence

| I think I would suggest taking CCDA after
your BSCN paper for CCNP. You'll need a lot
of memorizing of design steps in CCDA.
I've taken my BSCN paper, which covers OSPF, EIGRP, BGP and stuff on routing, which will be asked again(but, not in detail) in CCDA. So, those routing questions to me are just revision. You'll have more time, tackling scenario questions. I guess there are 50% of scenario related questions. I didn't really count them, just rounding off. | |
