| Hey, folks, passed ccda today with flying colors. Got a 941 and studied for about 4 weeks following my ccna test. Used the cisco press ccda exam cert guide and boson tests. Test was easy, really. Thought ccna was more difficult. Case studies were not difficult, just annoying to read through. Used the entire 2 hours for the test, it is long! Time management is crucial. Probably had between 35-40 case study questions. The rest were wan protocols. I think some of the prior posts were a bit exaggerated about the difficulty of the test.

| Congrats.
I get the impression that the CCNA exam is similar to the CCDA exam in the if you prepare yourself and know all the stuff it's easy. If you don't and just prepare by reading through a the books a few times, it's hard.
Anyway, way to go. I'm getting excited, as I'm doing the same thing that you are, and expect to be ready in a few more weeks. I'm already scoring in the 80's on my initial pass through the Boson exams. So once I pick apart the exam guide and hit my weak areas, I should be really ready. You're post, helps motivate me. Thanks

| congrats bro! you must be a bit smarter than me...i found that test very difficult, in terms of case studies, but hey...im still happy for ya! good job! | |
