Author Case Studies and Outlining

2000-11-02, 1:23 am

Does anyone have recommendations on what type of information should be contained within your outline as you read the scenario questions?
I have read that they ask you questions regarding one case then another case and you can become quite confused trying to recall what the case studies described.
Should I only be concered with a rough sketch of the network or do numbers and details play a big part?

Thoughts?

Found these at www.sitamoht.com and I have used them as a way to outline the case studies:

1. Current/planned network
2. Business constraints
3. Number of users/hosts
4. Applications (current/new)
5. Protocols (current/new)
6. Performance contstraints
7. Scalability issues
8. LAN design
9. WAN design
10. Network addressing
11. Routing/Bridging protocols
12. Network management
13. Other issues
