Anyway I sat and passed it today. I must say that I had some fricking nebulous questions that I had to pluck the answers for. I am not overly proud of that admission but sheez, I would never do half of that stuff on memory and never make a mistake. So what if you don't type the exact command for the exact thing you're working on? I'll realise it should have been something else and enter that.
I guess there has to be some kind of baseline though I suppose, in order for Cisco to gauge knowledge, even if not truly realistic.
Very hard exam. Have to really know your shizzle. I'll probably head down the VoIP track in a year or so, inline with my work requirements.
Just a point of interest, in NZ here the Cisco exams cost NZD240 which is about USD165. Thankfully I don't pay for them personally. Kudos to all you guys here who do.
