| Just because a site is ranked on google does not mean it is good, look at this site. So it may be hard to find a quality site using a search engine.
I can reccomned a great site, I don't know how active their certification forums are but the people there are unbelievably helpful and generally the forums very active. There is everythign from Cisco certifications to people helping with the most obsure Avaya isssues...
