| I just used the "Cisco IOS 12.0 QoS" book. It is identical to what's on the doc cd, but on paper. Taught me everything I needed to know. I believe the vol 2 of the Practical Studies book covers QoS too, but don't know to what depth.
This book got good reviews on Amazon.com.
