Hi,
I have some questions related to ISDN B channels.
Basic rate got 2 B, and Primary rate got 23 B channels. Is it possible to use each B channel saparately connecting to remote sites at the same time so that Basic rate will be able to connect to 2 sites and Primary rate can connect to 23 sites at the same time?
If it is possible, could anyone please explain to me how to configure it? (Not sure if it will be related to Dialer profiles or Rotary Group or not)

Yes you could do that but what you are not thinking of is that each of the other sites would have a left over BRI channel so it doesn't make any sense. You should also realize that 64k of bandwidth ain't very much.
