CCNP - VLSM and CIDR

I've been struggling to grasp implementing VLSM and CIDR, although I have a firm grasp of subnetting. Are there any good tutorials or suggestions that might enable me to understand this a little better? I understand this is a vague request, but any help would be appreciated.
