| Well three down, one to go. I passed Remote Access today. Now on to Support. I've heard Support is the toughest of the four CCNP exams. My Goal is to take it before it changes in September.
The Remote Access exam had one simulation configuring very basic frame-relay. Other than that, it was fairly straight forward. Everything was covered by the Cisco Press book.
Thanks again to all of the members of this forum that have been so helpful!

| Well done, Townsend. Congrat and Good Luck for Support.
Out of curiosity, what book are you going to use for Support? It appears you used Sybex for Switching but Cisco Press for Remote Access.

| sukuvi,
I did use the Sybex book for Switching and scored 950 on the test and felt confident with all of the concepts, so I was very happy with their clear explainations. I had heard many people express disappointment in the Sybex Remote Access book and this was emphatically confirmed in the reviews on amazon.com. So I chose the Cisco book for remote access.
I returned to the custemer reviews on amazon.com to hear what the general opinion seemed to be from readers on Support books and have chosen Cisco again.
By the way thank you for always trying to help me and others with your great advice.
Best of Luck! | |
