| Is it possible to use a 2501 router with dial up from a remote site? If so what type of modem would work and be least expensive. I'm not sure if this is even possible because I need the aui port for the ethernet access and the serial ports are synchronous and I don't believe they can be changed.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

show modemcap will let you know what type of modem that your router support.
