CCNP - Switching Exam

I've just passed my BCRAN and now i'm going to try and do the Switching Exam. Unfortunately i took the course over a year ago (v 1.1) and i would like to know if there would be any new topics covered in the exam since then?

I have the latest Cisco Press book as well and would like to know whether you would suggest using my course notes or the Cisco Press book for revision.

I don't think anything has changed on the switching exam in the last year. It is going to change after September 7.
