| I am writing the CCDA and the CID exams next week. I am wondering if I will get a CCDP for it... I wounder becase...
I have my CCNP but the routing exam has been replaced and now they say you need the BSCI to get CCDP.
I believe that if you had started working on your CCDP less then a year ago you are likely to have written the Routing Exam #640-503 instead of the BSCI 640-901 so it stand to reason that it would be still valid towards my CCDP
The other thing I am wondering about is the fact the CCDA I am writing is the 640-861 (The new CCDA) and the CID is the 640-025(The old one CCDP) but the prerequisite only says I need a CCDA it does not specify wich version.
I am writing both tests the same day, I have done this before I wrote the BCRAN and the CIT the same day and passed. CCDA first of course. They are already booked so there was no issue with me not already having my CCDA and booking the CID for CCDP.
So hopefully I will be CCDA and CCDP next week and be done with these legacy tests.
It will be nice once cisco is finished moving out of the 1980s /Sarcasm
Then onto PIX and telephony specialization likely. |
