| Congratulation, I am also sitting for my cit exam next week, any advice, im sure it will help. is there any simulations, whats the passing mark. What's the materials and technique you have used that helps to pass the exam... Thanks in advance.... | |

| Read the book .....and used work experience. Sorry that I dont have better answer but if you read the book and understand the different commands and what they are used for this exam is fairly easy. Hope what little I can give helps....Good luck! | |

Unsolicited advice:
1) Read the CCNP Support Cert Guide, which comes with testing software (210 questions), and
2) Cisco Internetwork Troubleshooting
These should be enough to help you do well. Of course, there is no substitute to practical experience and lessons learnt therefrom.
If you've got the money and urge to splurge, you could buy all three Boson tests for the Support exam. I think each costs $39.95.

Guys for CIT, read the book Cisco Internetwork Troubleshooting by Laura Chappal. Its a Cisco press book. You might want to read this book cover-to-cover and in-between the lines to achieve better and very positve results. Good luck!
