Dear xxx,

Thank you for your patience.

While conducting a test on our database we inadvertently sent an email notification to you regarding the Information Systems Security (INFOSEC) Professional certification

Last week Cisco Systems. Inc. announced an award and formal accreditation from the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS), certifying that Cisco security curriculum meets the training requirements set forth by the federal government for Information Systems Security (INFOSEC) Professionals (NSTISSI No. 4011). You received the email notification because our records indicate that you have met the requirements associated with this 4011 standard. However, we are finalizing all the details at this time before the complete announcements are made and any type of fulfillment is sent to you. Once the official announcement is made you should receive a new email providing you with more information regarding the additional value this recognition brings to your career certification portfolio.

You can read more about Cisco's award from the National Security Agency at http://newsroom.cisco.com/dlls/prod_040903.html.

We apologize for any inconvenience and confusion this may have caused. Do not hesitate to contact us at http://www.cisco.com/go/certsupport if you have any questions regarding this message.

Kind regards,
Cisco Career Certifications Team

Pbbsssshhhhtttt!!!

Open up that canned letter!

That's good you only need to take one test to convert the CSSI to CCSP (I'm working on that now).
