| Most people say the routing exam, I personally thought remote access. | |

| hello,
why excluding the support exam (which I found to be the easiest of all)?
I thought routing was hardest, but I don't use OSPF or BGP anywhere and it was the first one after a two year break from taking the CCNA. Also, the routing book seems much thicker than the rest and took a lot of reading through.
I spent seven months preparing for routing, three months each for switching and remote access and just two months for support.

| It depends on your current strengths. I deal with a large switched network, and a lot of DDR sites. I don't have a lot of dealings with the routing side so it was the most difficult simply due to lack of experience. | |

| I took the Routing exam and that seemed the easiest. I took it while I was in a class where we got hands on excercises. Our class took it in 8 weeks. We all had 900s and above (highest 967). I thought the BSCI test was the harder of the exams I took so far. I had a 813 on that one. I thought the BCMSN one was easy even though I only had a 889, which took me 5 weeks. I am studying for the BCRAN right now and I feel like it won't be much harder than the others. I will probably take it in the next one or two weeks. After that I will take the CIT exam and hopefully become CCNP. I been studying (reading) at college for three credits for each exam. | |

| Switching was extremely hard but routing was a cake walk. |
