If all you want is a feeling for CLI, then a 2820 will do it.

I was lucky enough to get a 1924C-EN for free recently. If you need a router, I have a 2502 for sale.

I saw one on ebay for $50+

Just keep one thing in mind. It is an older switch all it will do is get you familiar with set commands, but it's cheap.
